For large container units, ensure the site is clear for truck access; for smaller home accessories, securely repackage the item in its original shipping materials.
Inspection and Transport
Our logistics team will inspect the item upon arrival to verify its condition and ensure no unauthorized modifications have been made to the structure.
Receive Your Refund
Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or specialized hauling fees.
